济南激光切割加工都有哪些方法?

  济南激光切割加工的方法:   The method of laser cutting in Ji'nan:   1、激光燃烧切割,利用激光热能将工件加热至其燃点,再用活性气体(如氧气、空气)使其燃烧,并排除燃烧物,形成割口。其原理类似氧气切割,不同的是利用激光作预热热源。此法主要用于切割钢、钛、铝等金属材料。   1, laser combustion cutting, the use of laser heat to heat the workpiece to its point of fire, and then use active gas (such as oxygen, air) to burn, and eliminate burning substances, forming a cutting mouth. This method is mainly used for cutting steel, titanium, aluminum and other metal materials.   2、激光熔化切割,像激光深熔焊一样,利用激光加热工件使之熔化,然后喷吹非氧化性气体,排除熔融物质,形成割缝,大多数金属材料的切割都属于这类切割。   2, laser fusion cutting, like laser welding, melting the laser heating workpiece, then blowing non oxidizing gas out of molten material, the formation of metal material cutting, cutting most of all belong to this type of cutting.   3、激光气化切割,当高功率密度的激光照射到材料表面时,材料在极短时间内被加热到气化点,并以气体或者为气体冲击以液态、固态微粒形式逸出,形成割缝。由于材料的气化热很大,所以多用非金属材料切割。由于激光光斑小,因而切缝细,一般碳钢切缝宽度可小到0.1~0.2mm,切口两边平行并与表面垂直,一般割后不必机械加工,即可直接使用;热影响区仅有0.01~01mm,而且变形很小。可以实现高速切割,但是,目前因受激光器功率和设备体积的限制,只能切割中、小厚度的材料。而且随工件厚度增加,切割速度明显下降。   3, laser vaporization, when the high power density laser irradiation to the surface of the material, the material is heated to the vaporization point in a very short period of time, with gas or gas liquid and solid particles form shock to escape form cutting.
